Perhaps in many areas of endeavor, but not in the area of political philosophy and practical politics. I'm afraid the Jewish contributions in those areas have overwhelmingly run from liberalism to socialism to outright communism.
Jews are dysfunctional outside of a Jewish context. No secret there.
Outside of a traditional Jewish religious background, identifiably ‘Jewish’ prescriptions for a non-Jewish culture are mostly damaging.
