If the parents in this district are fine paying the salaries of the morons who run these schools, then who can criticize them?
There are schools now which have rules even over water-balloons, with suspensions possible. I would be curious what the rule was in this case.
In this case, you could have a mutiny with dozens of students refusing to assemble or take directions from the teachers until she’s brought back on campus. If they did some mass suspension of a dozen kids...it’d just get the principal fired.

True, but it’s not the parents paying the salaries, it’s the government. Until parents actually write the check to the school, and the school of their choice, the schools will continue to answer to the government.
This happens because spineless administrators would rather not deal with the real problem students.
