When a state, or city or county love illegals so much that they protect the criminal ones getting out of jail from ICE(Federal Deportation), it only makes sense that they are allowing them, even encouraging them, to vote too.

Twenty years or so ago one of the LA tv stations did an undercover investigation of how simple the process is. The illegal pays an outside man and the guy gives him an ugly watch or bracelet to wear that the inside employee recognizes. The employee then fakes the data and issues a bonafide California Driving license. Easy Peasie.
