The strange thing is this -— they have gotten off the ground in previous tests in the past.

Curiously, the last two tests ( including the one last week ) just totally FAILED.

CBS Evening News last night reported that if, in fact, we did somehow manage to interfere with their tests, all credit should go to Barack Obama.
