that’s grounds for not-only instant force recusal but malfeasance on the part of the judge and REQUIRES impeachment.
If the rule of law is to mean anything in this country this judge must be forced to step down. (and it means nothing to Democrats anymore who are nothing more than thugs running a gang.)
Judge was on TV. Strapped to a litter akin to what the inmates will be. Totally disgusting for a judge. No impartiality whatsoever.
If he’s a fed it’s a violation of the Hatch act
