I don’t know. It is interesting that they’re hauling 100 senators to the WH. All I can think of is a) the room isn’t bugged (or chance of same) and/or b) they said no staff, so this way they can ensure that only senators are attending.
This must be very serious and they want NO leaks but with 48 dims I’m not sure that will happen.
True, there are always extraneous people in the Senate Chamber.
If the administration wanted to avoid bugs, they’d have to go to Mar-a-Lago. If I were POTUS, though, I wouldn’t want to host them there - that’s his escape from most of them!
