I’ll live. With hubby banging around until 1 am, had a half night’s good sleep and a nap already today to catch up. Had a late low carb breakfast of two eggs and a good dash of hot sauce (cayenne) but still have a headache but thankfully nothing like yesterday’s.
Some people at my former work swore that Gatorade is the solution. They claim ones body is having a reaction to lack of electrolytes.
Glad to hear you got a little bit of sleep bgill, boy getting old SUCKS!!! Sometimes I have aches in places I didn’t even know I had places!!! Hope the knee gets a little better as well!!!
