Since the incident happened years ago I’d say they can’t hold actions then against rules instigated since.
I’m not saying he’s totally innocent but the case they are using is weak

Back in the day hoosiermama we put up with a whole lot of crap and just went on NEVER took things so personally we are raising a bunch of wimps, I am NOT saying TRUE sexual harassment should be ignored but a whole lot of these women sleep with the boss on their own FREE WILL to get ahead, or think it will get them up the ladder!!! I would bet MEYGAN was one of those women!!!!
