Video...Comic relief.
Public service announcement: the border wall is even more problematic because animals and birds might be impacted. I wish I was kidding, but MSNBC ran a segment with biologist Jeff Corwin, where the latter said jaguars, the Mexican gray wolf, bats, and some birds might be impacted by the border walls construction.
It would be an unprecedented environmental catastrophe, said Corwin to host Craig Melvin.
Melvin began the segments discussing Rep. Raul Graijalva (D-AZ) and the Center for Biological Diversitys lawsuit against the federal government over the border enforcement project. In California, the state legislature is considering punishing construction firms that participate in building the wall.
How stupid are these people. The birds will cope, they'll fly over the border and get cut down by windfarms. Like eagles.
To maintain some credibility MSNBC, go with something remotely relevant. The Mexican Wolf is endangered, their access might be "endangered" as well. Of course the US Government has a reintroduction program for them. So they'll cope. Mexican Owls, also endangered I believe, they can fly. There was a jaguar sighting in the Dos Cabezas Mountains a few weeks ago.
Jaguars in AZ, that's the animal you go with. Not generic "birds and bats". And there's evidence, a trailcam photo. Likely thanks to a local hunter.
Perhaps out of Mexico. No shortage here.
For the coyotes, they're citizens, but can't figure out how to use food stamp cards.
These don't kill birds. Unfortunately they're not being developed by liberals or Obama's friends. So no one knows much about them. Till a major donor to someone gets a cut. D or R, doen't matter.
Jeffy was near tears and in full lisp-mode as a result of his highly emotional state worrying about — as he repeatedly said — “batssssss”. That boy needs a real job!
Thank you for the info on the jaguar.
Wow....that is a beautiful cat. We have mountain lions up here. They hunt them. Haven’t ever seen one up here, but the outfiters people have gotten them from time to time.
Most welcome, FRiend.
