Living in Pennsyvania — which is a “shall issue” state— you have to be careful about driving in any direction which may involve crossing a border. The surrounding states have very restrictive gun laws and they take every opportunity to stick it to Pennsylvanians
The subject of this case is exceptional, IMO. 3 tours of duty AND a military policeman. What happened to professional courtesy?
If it weren’t for police dash & body cams recording everything possible the Jersey cop might have cut this guy a break at the scene and nothing more would have come from it. No leeway now.
WV is pretty good, a couple of years ago they passed concealed carry without the training and background check, it is only good for WV, one has to get the training to carry in other states.
Maryland is really bad, although not so much in Western Maryland.
And, if you live in NV, you gotta be careful if driving west. We have an event to go to in LA next weekend so I gotta make sure I disarm my vehicle before crossing into utopia. Do they still sell gas with unicorn additives in calibfornia? Guess I’ll find out. Normally we avoid crossing over but this is for a friend of mine of 55 years who had a bad stroke so we gotta go. I was vacationing in the Poconos and accidently got in the wrong lane and ended up crossing the bridge into New Jersey and couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
