The Norks are a Chinese confederate colony, if not of the deep Soviet State lurking in Russia along with the collaborating US media, enough said

Need crazy? Their people believe THEY won the Korean War and America pays reparations to them periodically.

"The only way to stop them is with a nuke preemptive strike."

~~~~~~~~~~~
Exactly where would you target that nukestrike?
Virtually all serious DPRK military infrastructure is underground.
"Underground" -- as inside and deep beneath the "hollow mountain" at Latitude 39.078464°, Longitude 125.780545° -- with a traffic-free "highway to nowhere" running right through it -- and Soviet-style SAM installations on top...
No doubt, Little Fat Kid plans to be -- and stay -- in a very deep, luxurious, babe-equipped hidey-hole with a whole string of blast doors between his fat @$$ and the surface -- whenever he signals his toadies to "light her off"...
~~~~~~~~~~~

Who do you plan to nuke? Millions of starved slaves?

Believe me I have considered this question from many angles.

We lost our chance when we let the norks get away with keeping our USS Pueblo and its crew...

Isn’t it enough that we put an end to their decades of threats, attacks, abductions, and assassinations?

Not to mention the hideous way Norkboy terrorizes, murders, and abuses North Korea citizens, including hundreds of thousands if not millions of starving street beggars including children.

The world went after Slobodan Milošević who was charged by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia with war crimes including genocide and crimes against humanity ...

I'm seeing plenty of crimes against humanity in NoKo.

“allaying North Korea’s discontent with its security environment”

You know what kind of publication the Guardian is - Leftist.

Were it not for North Korea’s aggressive military position, and history of post-truce aggression, it would have no “discontent with its security environment”, because that discontent is a problem of its own making. It has made it clear since the armistice was signed that reunification of the peninsula on its terms is all it has ever wanted, and nothing else.

“allaying North Korea’s discontent with its security environment – and the region’s fear of a North Korean attack – is extremely complicated.”

Only for hand-wringers at the Guardian. I get the feeling Trump doesn’t find it all that complicated, nor is he interested in “allaying” the “fat little kid’s” fear.

Slobodan Milošević went after the Muslims who invaded his country. And now we're fighting the exact same enemy. Islam.

Right.

And we have a legitimate case for Norkboy, where’s the crime tribunal?

Actually I think it’s a fair point. We tend to call evil “crazy” because it’s easier than trying to understand what makes them tick. But if you understand their premises, however screwed up, their actions often aren’t.

North Korean leadership’s motivations:
* Maintain sense of siege to justify control and the police state
* Maintain fear of the outside via a sense of impending war so that few try to leave
* Threaten war constantly to maintain pride and power for the elite and prevent invasion
* Threaten war / intimidation to gain aid or money in return for peace - once you pay the Danegeld, you never get rid of the Dane

Would the Gaurdian like to see what it looks like when failed North Korea officials are shot to pieces with an anti-aircraft gun?

Would it spoil noon tea at the Guardian? Probably not “...pass the crumpets.”

The fat boy reminds me of Anthony in the Twilight Zone episode “It’s A Good Life”. He has absolute power. I doubt anyone EVER says No to him. He grew up (physically at least) with no connection to others as equals and was surrounded by bodyguards even when attending school in Switzerland. It would not surprise me if his father exposed him to brutal torture and executions like Saddam Hussein did to his sons. His means of executing high ranking officials who he doesn’t like makes the Joker seem like a rational, compassionate human being.

His Generals are most likely afraid of him and, like Anthony, bend over backwards to tell him how wonderful he is and practically compete with each other to give him the most praise.
