She's an alleged criminal. Comey was correct in saying nobody would prosecute the crimes. It's true, nobody would prosecute her because they would not succeed. Her defense would be simple, throw an underling or two under the bus and claim ignorance of retransmitting classified.
I would prosecute her, as would ANY real american. So, you are stunningly incorrect, provably so, in saying nobody would prosecute.
Comey said she sent classified info. Period!!!! This makes her “simple” defense not so damned simple.
