He’s referring to the computer, phone, tablet, telecom system, computer servers, communication protocols, long-range cables, radios, web software, etc that she used to pen & publish her screed. Take away “white men” (a misguided euphemism for “Puritan Work Ethic”) and none of that would have existed, or would continue to function for any significant time. Technology is a product of capitalism & a strong contractural work ethic, not of progressivism & racism & sexism she adheres to.

They wouldn't even have penicillin and other life-saving drugs developed by white men. OTOH, in hindsight, we probably shouldn't have been so eager to supply them to the third world, because all that has done is to allow them to breed more people than they can feed, which means we also get the “white privilege” of feeding them.
