Actually United had the legal right and each passenger’s prior agreement.
Can you reference a source that says he is not the poker doctor?
I think it is him and confusion was that a Louisiana doctor was him.
But, I only know what I’ve read.
They can boot him at the gate, once he’s boarded and in the seat its different criteria.
And just because United wants to give his seat to an employee isn’t in that criteria.
That is not what the Condition of Carriage says on United’s website.
