Ironically, if not Hitler's, they really were Germany's people. German Jews were quite assimilated until their persecution began in earnest in Nazi Germany.

I understand in that brutal senseless carnage of WW1, German Jews fought the same war as their German comrades. Hitler must have been stark raving mad to have picked on the Jews. After two successes in Austria and the Sudaten.He then had troops invade Poland. The war was on, he had about six years to live.

On the subject at hand. Well said Dershowitz. Why Sean Spicer did not invoke the 1st Amendment to the Constitution is a pity. What could the scumbag press have done to him anyway?.....nothing!
