The Court has become very partisan.
There is the group that respects the rule of law, and there is the group that does not.
For 60 years the group that did not respect the rule of law ruled the Supreme Court. There has been a 10 year period where Kennedy would swing one way or the other.
That situation has been restored with Gorsuch.

I have serious doubts that the judiciary, filled with treasonous black-robe commies and fascists, is redeemable.
