Wasn't it Chicago Airport Police that dragged him off the aircraft?
If that's the case, the Feds are looking at the wrong people.

The passenger was Asian. Have you ever told an Asian no? If so, I rest my case.

Even if so, they acted under United’s power of authority since United called them in.

(scruffy looking fellows)

“The officers who were involved work for the Aviation Department, which is not affiliated with the Chicago Police Department””

No, it was airport rent-a-cops.

from the video it appeared to be ragtag unshaven and bearded dudes dressed in ragged levis with only a ballcap and jacket with some kind of cloth badge. No sam browne belt for police gear, one of the guys had a keychain or biker chain hanging from his belt. Looked more like foreign born janitors than any kind of formal security or police.

I have been a frequent flyer since 1982 and all of the US based carriers have poor service at best even compared to several 3rd world airlines. United is the gold standard of no service carriers
