Senior editors at pro-Trump website Breitbart News have instructed staff members to stop writing critical stories of Jared Kushner, sources tell Business Insider.
Kushner, son-in-law and adviser to President Trump, has clashed recently with White House chief strategist Steve Bannon, the former CEO of Breitbart News.
The New York Times previously reported that Kushner allies have also raised the issue with the president of the increasingly unflattering coverage that Mr. Kushner is receiving from Breitbart News.
Trump reportedly told the populist Bannon and the more moderate Kushner to work this out after the pairs feud was repeatedly dragged out into the press, according to the Times.

Breitbart ran stories critical of Kushner before Trump reportedly ordered the ceasefire.
One Breitbart story suggested Kushner was leaking negative information about Bannon to the press, while another ran down a list of delicate problems Trump has trusted Kushner who, the article accurately noted, boasts a thin resume in diplomacy.
Breitbart pushed back against the Business Insider report. It is an absurd suggestion that Breitbart would muzzle critical coverage of any senior White House official, a spokesman for the site said.
Concurring bump...I'll also note how these two have an uncanny ability to be on 'vacation' when things start going off the rails.
We hired Trump to drain the swamp that Kushner and Ivanka seem to want to swim in.
Bannon has to have neckties older than this kid. Can’t they find him something to do, like Fredo?
PING!!!

Thanks, markomalley
Yup that blazer & flak jacket sans neck tie really made a tough guy fashion statement.
Which begs the question: “who would look more dashing sticking their head with a helmet on it from a tank?. duke or jared?

Good one.
I know how this works. A reporter talks to a friend who is a staffer to someone important. He sees Kush come out of a meeting with Bannon, irritated & troubled. He assumes Kush and Bannon fought. He becomes the “source.”
Kush just found out the dry cleaner toasted his best suit.
Paraphrased, but we needed to clarify who/what beast we are fighting. :-)
And the people here on FR that accept the crap the liberal media spoon feeds them.
A helmet? Really? And mess up that expensive haircut?
“Field Marshal Thurston Howell Kushner”
LoL
He’s really gotta start thinking about how he looks in public. The press is not his friend. Whoever got the shot of him with the body armor had a hard time getting it because their laughing kept making the image blurry. Like the shot of him at one of the Presidential inaugural balls. He’s got one arm around Ivanka’s shoulder, while the mirror behind them reveals that he’s grabbing her ass.

“I think the only pot stirring going on is in the fevered imaginations of the media both liberal & conservative.”

Bingo. It’s disgusting how many Freepers have fallen for and or pushed the meme of the evil Jared and Ivanka. They seems to forget Trump has always operated as a family business. He’s not going too discount his own daughter or son-in law. It gets damn tiring to see suggestions to that effect. It also has the implication that Trump is so weak willed he would be steered by others.
And what about Egyptian Dina Habib (gal-pal of Val Jarrett, photos online)? What about Cohn? McMaster? Read about them.
Bingo!...if the staff doesn't disagree on some things...some aren't doing their job...diverse opinions are what keeps a good CO in charge.....Im sure the Obama administration ALWAYS agreed...../s
I don’t like him in directing policy. It’s okay if he has a job like reorganizing bloated agencies. But he should keep out of the conservative/common sense issues promised during the campaign like climate change, border/immigration, tax changes, health care reform, trade deals, etc.
Breitbart is an independent news organization and the White House does not have any business ordering it’s coverage. That’s what liberals do.
Agreed, already the people he and Ivanka brought into the WH are majorly undermining what Trump was elected on, not even counting their own leftist influences.
They’re a creepy threesome for sure.
They make me very nervous.
