Hillary and Barack had a pipeline of missiles, weapons and arms going from Benghazi to Syria via ISIS and Al Queda for years. Barack continued parachuting in weapons by the ton, into the deserts of Syria. ISIS / ISIL is a construct of the Obama administration.
