It’s legal in CA and Oregon, but not at the federal level. So the more growers try to comply with state law, the more evidence against them for the feds. And illegal grows have been going on long before it was legalized. It needs to be legal at the federal level so growers can operate in the open. Like I said, you don’t see illegal tobacco grows. I live in CA, and it’s not “going crazy”.

Not to mention that legal growers can't sell out of state, which you can bet the illegal growers are doing.

And illegal grows have been going on long before it was legalized. It needs to be legal at the federal level so growers can operate in the open. Like I said, you don’t see illegal tobacco grows. I live in CA, and it’s not “going crazy”.

You’re not living in the areas of CA that are going crazy, obviously.

I live in an area in OR that is going crazy,and no one gives a s*** about the feds, never seen any around here. It’s absolutely lawless in every way.
