That is so very important and the possibility of 1 or 2 more means no more BS legislating from the bench. The Constitution wins and the American people win.

And not just SCOTUS. The president will be appointing some judges to the federal bench as well. Not all judges are elected, some are appointed.

Trump seems to be focused on judges who will rule based on the LAW. Not preferred outcomes.
