For those unfamiliar with Amherst College it's in Massachusetts.Even assuming this girl's accusation is unfounded the guy involved in this case should be aware that there's not a DA in this filthy state...my state...that wouldn't love to prosecute him given half a chance.And that's regardless of how flimsy the evidence against him might be.

That part of the state (it's called "Happy Valley" by a local Boston talk host) is about as Marxist as you'll find here and,IMO,if he was prosecuted there's a real chance he'd be convicted...regardless of how flimsy the evidence.

BTW, I'm pretty sure that the Fed judge that backed Amherst/female student (because the female student "felt" violated...) was that numbnutt judge that first blocked Trump's EO travel ban.

I visited Amherst College in Mass. as a very young guy back in the 1970’s.

It was moonbat central even back in those days.
