Top White House advisers Steve Bannon and Jared Kushner purportedly met Friday to “smooth things over,” amid continuing reports about high-level, Trump administration turmoil.
The meeting took place at President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago south Florida estate and was led by White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus, who with Bannon was told by the president on Thursday to “work this out.”
The White House is trying to downplay and dismiss reports about infight, as Trump attempts to capitalize on his efforts this week on Syria and the Senate on Friday confirming Judge Neil Gorsuch, the president’s Supreme Court nominee, to the high court...

Freepers need to stop jumping on every hearsay issue reported in the press. Trump produced the most important priority for conservatives, a conservative on the Supreme Court. HUGE! Stop bickering, picking fights and reacting to every fake news column produced. Trump is navigating between center-right republicans and right republicans. He is moving toward all his goals. Its just that the democrats are slowing him down. And the republicans are not aligned. Nobody really knows if Ivanka had undo sway over her father with regards to Syria or if her husband is pushing out Bannon. Those are just guesses by the MSM.

I just don’t know enough about what Kushner has in mind. What does he care about? What drives him? Is he willing to work for the agenda the president has outlined?
I don’t trust him. His personal attorney is Jamie Gorelick, fgs. I cannot get past that. He’s a Democrat.
Bannon is pretty intense and probably ruthless, and isn’t perfect, but I would always choose him over Kushner.
