Hey Ruth youre next. It's past time to admit that Ginsberg is a zombie. She's no longer alive, she's UNDEAD.

She's no longer alive, she's UNDEAD. You have to admit, it explains so much.

If she dies on the bench will we be able to tell?
I doubt it.

This session, she’ll get up from the bench and shamble into the courtroom moaning for BRAAAAINS.

Nice illustration, thanks. But, IMHO, John Roberts deserves to be closer to, if not right upon, the center line.

Kennedy even with all of his issues is nowhere near Souter. that’s a ridiculous comment.

Nice visual explanation of why liberals and progressives are disheartened. FR murmurers ?

I agree, and have said before that whatever compromised Roberts needs to be discovered and then eliminated as a problem for him, or Roberts needs to resign if it is something morally wrong that can't be disclosed. In fact, were I Trump, I would have someone meet with him, the way Kagan threatened him before the Obamacare ruling, and let him know that Trump wanted to fix it and get Roberts back to being the judge he was before that. Trump could jail the blackmailers, pardon the offense or whatever he has to do.
If it was the kids it was a fairly trival problem that Roberts could have weathered. I think it may have been something more, but I am only speculating. In any event, Trump needs to know what they have on him.

Scalia and Thomas were incredible. Thank God we still have Thomas and now, Gorsuch.

roberts is a damaged good. He cannot be trusted after obamacare travesty. I think it would be better if roberts (also kennedy the homo lover) resigns and trump appoints some real conservatives.
To: cssGA30005
Roberts was only wrong on one issue. That’s not a bad track record. If I recall, almost all the justices supported “virtual child porn” some years back, pre-dating Roberts. Every justice has been wrong at least one time.
I think our chances of getting a justice who will ONLY be wrong one time like Roberts is slim to none. I expect Gorsuch to be wrong more often than that. We have very little to gain by replacing Roberts and much more to lose. Kennedy, on the other hand...

Wishful thinking. If we had 2 of each of them, we’d have our conservative majority! 4 to 5 becomes 6 to 5.

I definitely don’t see any reason why Kagan should be rated as less liberal than Soto-wise-Latina or Ginsburger. Is that just because she recused herself from a couple cases?

I meant to rate Kagan as equally as liberal as the other two. Sorry if I wrote unclearly.

Back when “Sonia” was put on the court, I was watching a bunch of TV talking heads rating her selection. Most never had her on a list of finalists for the court. One commentator stated she was not even in the top 100 candidates for the court. Another Obama gift...
