Very risky to go to the apartment of the victim’s family to try to convince them to not report the rape of their 5 yr old child. They may have been skinned alive.

iirc, the report said she wore two pairs of panties and stayed in her closet after the attach.
one of the families of the young criminals moved out.
the other set of parents continued to live in the same spot.
