Syria didn’t have the weapons to do this atrocity? Or what?

Doesn’t make sense that Assad would have done this thing? Where’s the careful analysis?

He’s been using chemical weapons for quite some time, mostly chlorine gas. If you are getting away with it, why not use it? It’s very effective and doesn’t damage the infrastructure.
And Syria never joined the Chemical Weapon Convention.
