There most likely won’t be a single GOP defection. Gorsuch is taking the place vacated by Scalia. It takes less courage to maintain the status quo than to upend it. None of the moderate GOPers have objected to Gorsuch. Afatk, he may not even be as conservative as Scalia. That will make this an easy vote for them.
Gorsuch was confirmed 95-0 in his last post so (D) have no credibility with any thinking person when they try to say he’s unsuited now!
