Everyone who's been critical of my call to end the filibuster once and for all because that will give the democrats an advantage when they take over should read Kaine's statement. They were planning to kill the filibuster this year if Hillary won. The filibuster is dead...the only question is who will reap the benefits of its demise. The Republicans, thus giving us a chance of maintaining our nation as a constitutional republic. Or the democrats who will destroy what remains of American liberty.
Two things here. One they thought they had a lock on getting a hard left 5-4 SC. Two, as long there is a 4-4 SC that’s exactly what they have because of the 9th circus. So they are going to the wall with this and hoping 2 rinos will balk on the rule change. McTraitor was calling the nuke option a catastrophe today. I think they probably killed Scalia.
