This laptop is going all blinky-blinking again. I think it starts that routine whenever my mouse accidentally touches something that opens Cortina (?) = the talking “help” feature. I’ve shut down laptop twice to restart to get that feature off my screen. I should know its name ... I would disable it because I never use it. Thanks to it and all that blinking, I now have 6 or 7 windows of “Crap’ open that I’m trying to close without shutting down again, because those windows reappear!

I ~think~ it's called Cortana. I don't have it, but a lot of people must love to get rid of it, because I saw a lot of info come up when I did a search for "how to disable Cortana". Even some Youtube videos on it.

I hope you can make it go away and get some semblance of control over your laptop again, lol.
