Could be. I saw somewhere it was National Guard. Could have been doing his/her drill time. There’s always stuff flying in/out of there.
Very likely an alert jet that was on a practice scramble. Always a challenge. Jets don’t like to sit. They like to fly. The more you fly them the less they break. Counter intuitive.
