Apparently so.....Wednesday (tomorrow), will be the intervening day for cloture.

Under the rules, the cloture motion will ripen one hour after the Senate convenes on Thursday, April 6th.

Good they really need to vote on the remaining positions (particularly RR deputy AG ) before Friday.
