The senate confirmed Justice Clarence Thomas on a partisan line vote of 52-48 and after brutal hearings that they dug deep into the lying filth pit to drudge up Anita Hill.
Then there was Justice Samuel Alito who was voted 58-42.....
So the “60” vote majority has to do with cloture and filibustering....according to all I have read, it looks like the Reid Rule will go into play and Justice Gorsich will be confirmed by a vote of 55-45! Happy Easter Dems!

He may still be absent. IIRC, he had surgery (back???) recently...

No, I get tired of the RINOs pushing same-sex marriage, abortion, amnesty and Obamacare lite.

Lie #1 RINOS pushing same sex marriage. It is the courts pushing that not Republicans.

Lie #2 RINOS are not pushing abortion

Lie #3 RINOS are pushing for amnesty.

Lie # 4 RINOS are pushing Obamacare Lite. In fact, the bill they passed removed many of the more onerous points of Obamacare.

Wow four lies in one sentence that is world-class lying there.

Where have you been? The health care bill they proposed only defunded Planned Parenthood for ONE YEAR. RINOs and their big donors have been telling the party to stop fighting abortion and same-sex marriage for years.

They’ve been pushing for amnesty for years. Remember Bush’s failed bill and the Gang of 8 with McPain and Marco Lowblow?
