Grand Juries aren't interviewed, they're selected by lottery. They're typically up to 23 people. An affirmative vote of 12 or more of the quorum is a vote to indict.

Grand Juries are generally larger than petit juries. And unanimity is not required just a simple majority. Cook Country had 26 when I was Jury Foreman on one thirty plus years ago.
