(a) Prohibited activitiesA person is guilty of an offense if he intentionally—
(1) engages in electronic surveillance under color of law except as authorized by this chapter, chapter 119, 121, or 206 of title 18, or any express statutory authorization that is an additional exclusive means for conducting electronic surveillance under section 1812 of this title;
(2) discloses or uses information obtained under color of law by electronic surveillance, knowing or having reason to know that the information was obtained through electronic surveillance not authorized by this chapter, chapter 119, 121, or 206 of title 18, or any express statutory authorization that is an additional exclusive means for conducting electronic surveillance under section 1812 of this title.

According to both FBI Director Comey and NSA Director Clapper, no warrant ever authorized the intercepts and electronic surveillance on a member of Trump’s team.

I'll bet money the witch also got the IRS to hand over Trump's tax returns. Corrupt democrats spoke of that with waaaaay too much passion. Maybe new laws for our 'intelligence services' might be in order...

Create Laws that STOP American Intelligence Services from 'following orders' that are at odds with Nuremberg Trials concepts. The Courts should do a broad outline... Trump will back this - a way to STOP totalitarians in the future from abusing American Intelligence Services.

these types of laws only apply to conservatives. Liberals have judicial immunity and have a separate interpretation of how the law justifies their ends and means
