I thought that was mostly Mexicans, and Oakland was where you went for the #BLM lesson.
Back in the 90s when I went to school and worked there east Palo Alto was all blacks and not safe. Some of my friends were buying homes there so it has probably changed alot in the last 20 years.
Black people are and were priced out of EPA, but it is a historically black city.
