2) plea-bargained his previous charge down to a lesser term
3) has a record as long as your arm
4) all of the above
Our judicial system today consistently recycles these criminals back into Society until someone does their job for them and eliminates the problem. This homeowner failed, but maybe the next one . . .
You can bet that Mayor Peduto’s “racially sensitive” policing theories played a part in this as well.
