Pyongyang is a lot closer to Shandong than Inchon. So it is more likely that they would land somewhere near Nampo (a port city to the Southwest of Pyongyang.)

I remember reading some article which said that China has a contingency plan to land on Hwanghae Province (south of Pyongyang) presumably to cut off ROK-U.S. advance.
