I don't think they have, at least not yet. I read a Bloomberg article on FR a couple of hours ago which said that, yes, Rice unmasked Trump, but it was as part of her normal duties as National Security Adviser.
I think that's crap, myself, and that Bloomberg is playing Demo defense for as long as possible. But, they too have focused on Rice as the initial unmasker. Where that info went from there, and whether Obama's last-week expansion of accessibility to raw intelligence played a part in the leaking and dissemination, we don't yet know.
It's important to remember that second to being a Muslim/Leftist, Obama operationally is a sneak and a snake. Remember that his early political successes involved a) kicking someone off the ballot on minor eligibility issues, and b) leaking a rival's court-sealed divorce dirt. Or, remember how he weaponised the IRS in 2012, or how he monitored FOX reporter James Rosen. Or, how he sent Rice out to lie about Benghazi. Obama LOVES being duplicitous; it's his MO. If he can do it through surrogates, so much the better.
Bloomberg had no choice. They were outed for sitting on the story. The internet is their enemy and they had planned on killing it. Then along came Trump hee hee.
