I am picturing in ma head the scene at the Washington Compost: "Okay, we gotta manufacture a story before lunch, uh, what group were we successful at leaving a bad taste in the reader's mouth, just far enough back in time to where no one really knows what they did but their name screams 'ominous'?
"How about 'Black water'?
"Yeah, that's a good one let's go with Blackwater."

My understanding is that Blackwater changed its name to Xe or Academii, or both, at one time or other.
