Comprehension must not be your strength when reading...
1) ONLY THE NSA is able to unmask US citizens swept up in surveillance
2) Susan Rice (per computer logs) accessed information specific to Trump and his associates AND PERSONALLY REQUESTED the unmasking of these specific surveillances
And how did this become known? Because Trump requested an internal review of how unmasking of US citizens can be done in order to find the source of the leaks which the FBI was unwilling/unable to do.
I'll reiterate my previous reiteration....again....in big red crayola so you can comprehend.
One, I don't trust a word the media puts out anymore, so throwing bloomberg.com or hotair.com articles at me that I've already read, is not convincing "proof".
And two, before I believe this case will be any different than all the other nothing burgers served before it, I want to see Rice or someone who broke the law arrested, indicted and convicted of these crimes. Otherwise this is just the same old, same old. Investigating her doesn't mean anything will ever come of it. Investigations in Washington routinely go nowhere, i.e. Hillary's emails.
How many times have those of us on FR thought we finally found that smoking gun on some issue but no investigation followed or it was swept under the rug or pushed in the rearview mirror by fast-moving events and other stories? I'm still waiting for that first arrest.
Do not make the mistake of conflating the fact that I want to see direct evidence "proof" of a crime instead of hearsay and someone being held legally accountable for these crimes with the idea that I don't think she could be the guilty party in these unmaskings. Far from true.
But until Rice has had the book thrown at her and she pays the price, this will be just another fizzled balloon-chasing race to nowhere.
