Very easily, ABOLISH All Private Schools! when the ruling class and the education department are Required to send their children to the SAME Schools as everyone else, The Schools will get fixed overnight

You could fix a lot of things if you could do that...even healthcare. Abolish all private insurance and enact a”Single Payer..Single Plan” system. Everyone, including elected politicians from the President on down, unions of all kinds,.. everybody... has the exact same coverage.

Why in the world would anyone be pro dumbing down by sendindg a child to a public school.
The best approach is to have all K-12 schools be private schools so parents can have freedom of choice about the education of their daughters and sons.
