Paranoid delusions that somehow the "FSB GONNA GETCHYA!" and that I am part of them in some way.

Seriously dude, for your safety and the safety of the people around you, GO GET HELP. They have medications for this sort of stuff.

And if you have any firearms, please let a trusted friend hold them for a little while.
