I just saw a loon swimming across the one stretch of open water along our shore. Most of the lake is still ice-covered but the ice is breaking up.
A sure sign of spring when the loons return! We love our loons :-)
Thank you, SC...Just had a thunderstorm...Later today severe ones predicted...The rain is most welcome...I hope the severe part is exaggerated.
