ICE Report Dumps Cold Water On A Favorite Defense Of Sanctuary Cities

I read this fast with impatience because there seems to be no connection between the title and the content.

What is the “favorite defense”?
What is the “cold water”?

Maybe some Harvard graduate can explain it to me in 2nd grade language?

I keep saying this in post after post but I am nobody. REMOVE IMMIGRATION FROM THE JURISDICTION OF FEDERAL COURTS! It is completely within their Constitutional authority! Also, break up the ninth circuit because they haven’t taken any hints to act like a real court.
