Airlines all have their own uniforms for flight attendants, but those uniforms were never a reason customers choose to fly a particular airline…until now. VietJet, a regional airline in Vietnam, has its young flight attendants dress in corporate colored bikinis, and that marketing gimmick has helped the company’s CEO, Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, become the country’s first self-made female billionaire.
Bloomberg reports, “With the initial public offering of Vietnam’s only privately-owned airline, Thao is set to have a net worth exceeding $1 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, making her the country’s first woman billionaire.”

Has there ever been a study done on the rate of crashes of planes over 30 years old?
Usually 10,000 hours on an air frame means end of life fro a small single engine plane. It can still fly with a lot of inspections. AFA Large commercial airliners I have no clue.
Let say a commercial plane flies 1000 hours/yr. A 30 year old plane has 30,000 hours of time on the air frame. That is one hell of a lot of potential metal fatigue.
That was a funny thread. I posted about a hilarious sign my husband saw in first class LOL.
I have never flown an African airline. For that, I am grateful.
Those are like scenes out of Airplane movies!
No, they didn’t, not in this culture. They had higher expectations and demanded respect. This is not respectful nor professional.
Thank you for including me. I like to keep myself well informed on such weighty matters that require my attention and deliberation. I will definitely follow up on this very important issue. More videos would be very helpful.
