I have been supporting Trump since before he even announced his candidacy.

I think our side is WRONG to be so determined to defeat Trump in his efforts to modify Obamacare.

There are MILLIONS of Americans who benefit from the program. We cannot simply leave them. Nope. Our healthcare system has gotten prohibitively expensive, and lots of people need help.

That is what Trump was trying to come up with a compromise, to accomplish.

Yet there was the hard-right “freedom caucus” which was determined to roll back healthcare to what it was.

Nope.

It was not right. I respect those who are on that side of the issue (including the owner of this fine website, I might add) but there are millions of Americans who hold another view.

I happen to be one of those Americans.

I am proud of Trump’s position, and think he’s the ONLY GUY anywhere who seems to get it.

Trump never ran on repealing Obamacare.

Trump ran on repealing, and REPLACING Obamacare.

That means replacing. That is not what the freedom caucus has been about.

Trump is on the right path.

I stand with Jim Robinson. The federal government has no authority to control healthcare.

Trump is on the right path.

No he isn't. Keeping guaranteed issue will never allow premiums to become reasonable.
