As relates to the subject matter at hand - healthcare along with everything else in the marketplace - the issue isn’t some collateral temporary patent thing, it is the feds needing to GET OUT and allow the freedom of individuals to do as they please about their health, their doctor, and their life.
“... it is the feds needing to GET OUT and allow the freedom of individuals to do as they please about their health, their doctor, and their life.”
All that does is bring us back to my original comment: “Then we should eliminate corporations, patents, copyrights, various licenses and all the law that goes with them.”
Try something like this for an opening:
“The greatest moral argument for the free market is the freedom of individuals pursuing their hopes and dreams without government coercion or interference beyond that which is necessary to secure the rights of the people. In the case of Healthcare, the Federal Government has exceeded its bounds.”
Then go on to revise your article accordingly, making sure as necessary to distinguish between the Federal government, State governments and Local governments as well as the US Constitution and State Constitutions.
Your heart seems to be in the right place but you writing could use some work.
