GDP growth under Obama was worst in decades

It’s official.

With Thursday’s final revision of fourth-quarter GDP growth to 2.1 percent from its previous 1.9 percent level, President Obama is the only president since Herbert Hoover to not have guided the US economy to 3 percent growth in any year he was in office.

The US economy grew 1.6 percent in 2016 from the previous years, according to the Commerce Department, which tracks GDP.

As an aside, yesterday I was talking to a Millennial "hipster" who was gainfully employed. He was telling me about his 401K under The Great Disappointment and how fantastically it's doing now. He went on to talk about how he's from MN and that Jesse Ventura was a "dumbass" and how the Somalis have destroyed that place. Nobody likes them and everybody, except the invaders, want them gone.

Honestly, I think maybe once the baby boomers are gone, the younger generation might turn this thing around. Boomers, after all, are the great standard bearers for the whole "white guilt" debacle, after all.
