There was only one amendment allowed on the bill. It was procedural. So, if the goal posts were moved it wasn’t in the bill because the bill never changed.
In other words, since there were no amendments of substance to the bill, then what the FC was asking for could NOT have been in the bill.
Well, Mo Brooks just filed a bill to do a full repeal. That’s the goal post I’m talking about. Let’s git ‘er done!
