That’s exactly right. CommieCare is, I forget how many feet high, when stacked up in one pile. There are all kinds of “hooks” in it, for various groups to get something out it, but the taxpayer still bears the burden for them all. The rats knew what they doing at least on a political level-to make this thing so messy, that even people who opposed it from the start, would become enmeshed in some way-ie, pre-existing conditions. Or for the congressional lawmakers, whatever kickbacks and favors, etc, they’d get from the various interests involved in this. It’s a monstrosity, as intended. to think that Pelosi didn’t want anyone to read it-I’d wager there were quite a few congresscritters who never could have read, or understood, the whole thing, all they needed to know was what was in it for them.
